AI Expert
Lead AI development — architect RAG systems, build production chat agents, implement LLM guardrails, and develop scalable FastAPI services. Fine-tuning and MLOps experience is a plus.
About the role
As an AI Expert you own the technical direction of client AI projects end to end: from architecture and data design to deployment and monitoring. You will lead small squads, set engineering standards for GenAI work, and be the person clients trust with hard problems.
What you will do
- Architect RAG systems, agent workflows and LLM integrations for enterprise clients
- Design guardrails, evaluation suites and monitoring for production LLM applications
- Build scalable Python FastAPI services and the data pipelines behind them
- Lead 2-4 engineers, review code and mentor interns
- Run technical discovery with clients and translate business goals into delivery plans
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of professional software engineering with Python
- Shipped at least one LLM-powered product or feature to production
- Strong grasp of retrieval, embeddings, prompt engineering and evaluation
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP or Azure), Docker and CI/CD
- Clear written and spoken English for client communication
Nice to have
- Fine-tuning, distillation or MLOps experience
- Computer vision or speech project experience
- Consulting or agency background
