About the role
Sit next to the founders and see how an AI company is built. You will research markets and clients, prepare decks and documents, run operations projects and pick up whatever the company needs next. Ideal for someone who wants to found or lead a company later.
What you will do
- Research markets, clients, competitors and partners and summarise findings clearly
- Prepare investor, partner and client materials
- Own operational projects such as hiring pipelines, tooling and process documentation
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly dashboards for the founders
- Support sales and delivery teams with coordination and follow-ups
What we are looking for
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations and research tools
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Genuine interest in AI, startups and how businesses grow
- Available for a 3-6 month internship
Nice to have
- Prior startup, consulting or founder's office exposure
- Basic understanding of software and AI products
- Experience with Notion, HubSpot or similar tools
